I have been acquainted with Bollard Consulting for the past six months in their capacity as a Human Resource Consulting firm. We contracted them to develop a HR Policy document for Aster Health Limited, a job they have performed exceptionally and with great professionalism

There are many pitfalls to employing staff and as a small business it is difficult to keep up to date with current employment law and practice.
